Choose a Registration Type based on the following definitions:
1. Carrier – select carrier if you are a trucking company ordering permits for one company AND the company is a first-time user of IAPS.
2. Carrier Admin User – select to add an admin user to an existing carrier account. You can only add one admin user to an account from this page.
3. Permit Service – select if you are a permit service or trucking company ordering permits for multiple companies AND the company is a first-time user of IAPS.
4. Permit Service Admin User – select to add an admin user to an existing permit service account. You can only add one admin user to an account from this page.
Complete the required fields as noted by an * and you may create one admin user login.
Check boxes that apply.
Click the SUBMIT button to initiate your new user registration request.

You will be notified by email on how to activate your account. Once activated, you will be able to immediately use the site to order permits.

Additional users for an existing account must be added by the carrier or permit service administrator from the "My Admin" page.

Username must be at least 3 characters long. It must start with a letter. It can be a combination of letters, digits and special characters. Only special characters -.@_ are allowed.
It cannot start with GUEST with 6 consecutive digits. Username is not case sensitive.
